3. SMS Opt-Out Instructions

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by calling us at (504) 389-1509. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible so we can offer the time slot to another customer. Cancellations of the SMS program can be made at any time by texting STOP as described in Section 3.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
